One of the three islands is known as “Treasure Island”. It boasts some of the most expensive waterfront property in all of South Los Angeles County. It has the only gated area of private homes on Naples Island. Truly these million dollar homes are a sight to be seen. Mothers Beach is the only park in Long Beach that has a beach and park area. It has a large play area for kids and adults.

During the summer months the Naples Island Business Association aka NIBA hosts summer movies under the moon here. It is another great event to enjoy on Naples Island. There are no waves so it is perfect for families to enjoy the great location and weather found in Long Beach.

Naples Island is also very proud to say that we have our very own “Naples Elementary School”. We had a tricky time trying to navigate through the world of the FHA renovation loan to finance the purchase but after a few phone calls the mystique of the scary loan wore off and the financing worked out perfectly.

Ricardo is a smart negotiator and his advice during this negotiating phase was invaluable and after we talked, he always made me feel better about whatever decision I was about to make.
